I'm looking for others involved in Wisdom Groups who may be able to share topics for meetings and ideas for group dynamics. We've got a small group in Minneapolis, and I'm setting my intention to help it grow in 2006.

Re: Wisdom Groups
Fri, January 20, 2006 - 6:18 PMok...I'm responding to my own post....I hope that's not breaking some unwritten rule....
I spent the lunch hour today talking to about 20 students at a local college for healing practices (Chiro, Massage, Accupuncture......Healers) Talked about T4A, Wisdom Groups, Power Journeys, and all things light. Jammed about 90 minutes of talk into 45 minutes.
They're starting up a T4A study group, and I was invited to rub two sticks together......Good Fun! They seemed very receptive...(only one left early ;-)
I am grateful for the opportunity....and grateful to Del for steering me to the gratitude web page.....thanks buddy......
Let your life be an outward expression of your inward knowing, and be open to all possibility.

Re: Wisdom Groups
Thu, April 20, 2006 - 12:30 PMI just sent this message along to compadre here, but I thought it fitting to pass along the response for other folks to see, as well...
How fun to deliver so abundantly to your request! I have just the thing for you. About a year and half ago or so when we were starting up a group in Eugene I actually went through and emailed everyone that was listed on the wisdom group site and sent a similar inquiry. So I have a word document of the compiled responses from that. Also, I'm happy to continue to share experience from our group as you begin to get started. It is a very exciting journey. And - my personal kick here - many folks said that the groups don't "really work" without a leader. That is not our experience! We always read the Sixth Sun Ethics, etc. at our meetings (which you will get or have gotten if you register on the website) and have been true to them. Some member moderate more than others, but we've had a wide range of folks stepping up to lead the meetings.
